Each of the three bedrooms has a fitted wardrobe, with plently of hanging space and shelves. Duvets, bankets and pillows provided, but you should bring your own sheets and towels.

Our swimming pool is regulary maintained by a professional - so it's hassle free for our guests. The water is treated by UV light, sparkling clean yet free of chlorine and other chemicals.
Behind the house is the natural pine forest covering this whole area of the Gironde.
The house is situated on the cycle path betweeen Hourtin Port and the beach. For your GPS, its precise position is 45º 11.684'N 001º 4.744'W
The whole area is totally safe for children - Simply give them their bikes and let them roam !
Hourtin beach (8km) is a surfers paradise, long white beaches, and rustic restaurants
Hourtin is a 45-minute drive to the North of Bordeaux, in quiet, unspoiled countryside between the famous Bordeaux vinyards on the west bank of the Gironde River, and the long white beaches of the Atlantic coastline
Hourtin town and shops are only 2km from the house
Hourtin lake (15 minutes by bike) is a watersports paradise: sailing, windsurfing, kite surfing, waterskiing, and fishing on the lake. Horse riding, walking and cycling around it.
Take part in professionally run courses, or simply hire everything you need and do-it-yourself.
Resturants surround Hourtin port, an area which really comes to life at night.
All the well-known Bordeaux vinyards are just 30 minutes away by car.
The TGV, from Lille or Paris, take you to Bordeaux Saint Jean. Change train to Lesparre and then take a bus or taxi, or simply rent a car at Bordeaux Station.
Bordeaux airport has many flights from Paris and other European cities. Car hire at Bordeaux-Mérignac airport (a 45 min drive from Hourtin)
